Criminal Law

Criminal law covers all aspects of law enforcement activity from the point of the identification, interrogation and arrest of a suspect, through the trial process, conviction, sentencing, incarceration, probation and parole, and eventual discharge from custody of a convicted criminal, and any ongoing duty for the convicted criminal to register with local authorities. It also covers victim's rights issues.
